 当コーナーのVol.02（本誌5月号）でも紹介しました、無料ダウンロードで楽しめるプレイステーション3専用ゲームソフト『グランツーリスモHDコンセプト』。皆さん、もう体験されましたか。PS3の圧倒的パワーと、ハイビジョン画質で映し出される映像美は一度プレイすると、過去のゲームには戻れないほど。私も初登場となるフェラーリ599をブイブイと鳴らし、日々タイムアタックに挑んでおります。
そんな最中、グランツーリスモ・ファンにとって嬉しいニュースが飛び込んできました。それは10月に開催される東京モーターショーにあわせて、同シリーズ最新作となる『グランツーリスモ5 プロローグ』がリリースされるというもの。 公開された画像を早速確認したところ、HDコンセプトで登場したフェラーリ599に続いて、なんと今回はF430の姿が！ しかも上記の写真を見ていただければ分かるとおり、超リアルに再現された鈴鹿のコースをF430が複数台走っています。これはもしかしなくても、F430だけのワンメイクレースということなのでしょうか。むむむー。より詳しい情報は本誌P136で紹介しています。是非ご覧下さい。
